Privacy policy

Your privacy is part of our promise — inside the spa and online.

We never keep your photos, we only record how often and when you use it

Your photos

Photos you use in “Try your nails look” and “Try your hair look” are processed in memory and deleted straight away. We keep one only if you choose to save the look in “My looks” for a purpose (gallery, pricing, or friends’ rating).

You register yourself

You sign up yourself, at home or on the branch tablet. Our team never enters your details on your behalf.

Verification code

We verify your number with a WhatsApp code; if it does not arrive within 60 seconds, we send it by SMS.

Your number stays hidden

Anyone other than management sees only the first 3 and last 3 digits of your phone.

The QR code on your work order or gift card opens your profile through a signed link that expires after 15 minutes.

No data export

Customer data is never exported for anyone, and no screen allows it.

Abuse protection

We record technical details about the device, network and time of use to protect your account and prevent commercial misuse of our tools.

Inside the spa

No cameras inside at all, an all-female team, and a private room for every princess.

We handle your personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Before we store anything, we ask for your explicit consent with this wording:

Consent wording

I agree that Beautify may store my name and phone number and use them to contact me about its services and offers, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. I can withdraw my consent at any time.

Your rights

  • Know what data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update your data.
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.
  • Ask us to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
